How long does an order take to process?

Standard-order products take seven to ten days to ship. Custom-made/R&R-label products will take three to six weeks to complete your order since they are individually handcrafted for each client. Our team will contact you shortly after you place an order to note any customizations and special requests that you may have.

Can you make me my own product?

If you would like to make your own line or a custom one-off product, we are happy to do so. We can take your designs or requests for any leather-based products (jackets, hats, boots, shoes, sandals, belts, wallets, phone cases, dog leashes, etc.).

Do you offer different colors and styles?

Where does your leather come from?

We source many exotic species internationally as per the regulations stipulated by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. All of the animals are ethically sourced and include: crocodile, alligator, ostrich, pirarucu, stingray, and more. R&R also supplies genuine bovine, sheep, and lamb leather. Some of the countries we source from include: Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Colombia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, South Africa, and more. However, all of our products are designed and made in the United States.

Can I visit the workshop?

Our workshop is located in Orange County, California. Our team is delighted to accommodate you and talk to you about your order in person — just contact us for more information!

Payment and Shipping

We accept every major payment method and offer standard and priority shipping for all products.

Returns & Refunds

All standard products come with a full 30 day guarantee. However, any customized R&R-label products cannot be refunded or exchanged, as they will be designed specifically for you and with your input from start to finish.
